The best time to go skydiving is as soon as humanly possible, but there is of course an extra special occasion to double-up on the awesomeness - your cake day! Here are some fine reasons why going skydiving on your birthday is a great idea...
Memories
Your birthday should be made of excellent memories that are remarkable enough to call on forever, and what better way to include something you will never forget than jumping out of an aeroplane? Skydiving in an intense and thrilling experience that will imprint on your memory forever - allowing you to recall exactly where you were and exactly how you felt on that particular day.
Changes
Skydiving can (and often is) a transformative experience. Being nervous beforehand is normal, as is the sense of achievement you feel after you land. After you have experienced what it feels like to jump out of an airplane and fall through the air at terminal velocity, it is entirely possible you feel different and better about things. You were anxious, but you did it anyway - and after this scary and challenging things are less scary and challenging. Each birthday is another significant milestone in your journey as a human being - so why not combine these steps into one meaningful gift to future you.
Friends
When is a better time to get some others involved in your crazy plan than on your birthday? Your special day probably requires some kind of group activity to make it extra amazing, so why not all head to the dropzone together? You will likely be surprised at how many of your friends will sign up with just a little nudge in the right direction - because skydiving 'at some point' is on many a bucket list and simply being the catalyst could mean splendid results for which your friends will be grateful forever.
Surprises
Birthdays are just as much about giving. What better to surprise someone with than with a skydive gift certificate? Imagine their face as you hand it to them! Tandem skydiving is a highly accessible way for people to experience jumping out of an airplane for the first time - so much so that all the pre-jump training you need happens just before you actually jump. You could even set everything up so that your surprise gift happens when your special person sees the sign on the way into our dropzone - and they realize what is about to happen to them.
...
Everyone should experience what skydiving feels like, and making it happen on your birthday is a great way to frame it up as an extra special event. The whole process takes about half a day - so it can easily fit into the morning before you head off to do other birthday things. Skydiving triggers all the good things inside your body, so think how good you will feel after you have jumped, and what this means for how good your special day is going to turn out!
